LEAD Accounting Plus ("LEAD") is a cloud ERP platform operated by Wheelhouse Infosystems Pvt Ltd. This policy explains what information we collect from visitors to this website and from customers using the LEAD application, and how we use and protect it.

2. Information we collect

• Account information — name, email address, phone number and company details you provide when creating an account or contacting us.
• Business data — the accounting, inventory, sales and related records you enter into LEAD. This data belongs to you; we process it only to provide the service.
• Usage data — log data, device information and in-app activity used to keep the service secure and improve it.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partners (e.g. Razorpay); we do not store full card numbers.

3. How we use information

We use your information to provide and operate the LEAD service, to authenticate users and secure accounts, to provide customer support, to send service communications (invoices, renewal notices, critical updates), to improve the product, and to comply with legal obligations including tax and GST regulations.

We do not sell your personal information or your business data to third parties.

4. Your business data

You retain full ownership of the data you enter into LEAD. We access it only to operate the service, to support you when you ask, or where required by law. You can export your data at any time, and you may request deletion of your account data subject to statutory retention requirements.

5. Data security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, hosted on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure, protected by role-based access controls, and backed up automatically. Access within our team is limited and logged.

6. Cookies

This website uses only essential cookies and basic analytics to understand site usage. We do not use advertising trackers.

7. Third-party services

LEAD integrates with services such as Amazon, Shopify, Razorpay, Pine Labs and WhatsApp only when you enable those integrations. Data shared with an integration is limited to what that integration needs and is governed by that provider's own privacy policy.

8. Data retention

We retain account and business data while your subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards so you can reactivate. Statutory accounting records may be retained longer where Indian law requires it.

9. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for non-essential communications at any time by contacting us.
