These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the LEAD Accounting Plus website and SaaS application operated by Wheelhouse Infosystems Pvt Ltd. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent.
LEAD provides cloud-based business management software including POS, inventory, purchasing, manufacturing, warehouse management, field-sales and accounting modules, together with related mobile and desktop applications. Features available to you depend on your subscription plan.
Paid plans are billed per user, monthly or yearly, in advance. Yearly billing carries the published discount. Fees are exclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. Additional users are charged at the rates published on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
If a renewal payment fails we may suspend access after reasonable notice. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
You own the business data you enter into LEAD. We process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time. On termination we will make your data available for export for a reasonable period before deletion.
We aim to keep the service available around the clock, with planned maintenance announced in advance where practical. The service is provided "as is"; we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we work hard to fix issues promptly.
LEAD prepares GST returns, e-invoices, e-way bills and other statutory outputs from the data you enter. While we keep formats up to date with regulation, responsibility for reviewing and filing statutory returns remains with you and your tax advisors.
The LEAD software, design, logos and content on this website are the intellectual property of Wheelhouse Infosystems Pvt Ltd. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amounts paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these terms. You may terminate at any time from your account settings. Sections concerning data, intellectual property and liability survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at the registered office of Wheelhouse Infosystems Pvt Ltd having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; continued use after an update constitutes acceptance. For questions, reach us via the contact page.
